Dan is a 1998 graduate of Central Michigan University. He is a proud founder of Northwoods Rehabilitation which began in 2005. Dan is originally from Gladstone, Michigan. He enjoys providing therapy services to his hometown. Dan likes working closely with athletes and orthopedic patients. Dan is married to his wife Elicia and together they have three boys. In his free time Dan enjoys spending time at the lake and watching his children participate in sporting events.
Heather is a graduate of Central Michigan University. She is originally from Gladstone, Michigan. Heather has been employed with Northwoods in Gladstone since 2010. Heather has a husband Phil, and together they are the proud parents of two children. Heather is involved in Gladstone Athletics through assisting with coaching youth athletics. Heather is an active participant in the Gladstone Fan Club events. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and exercising. She enjoys helping patients reach their goals.
Paul is orginally from Iron River, Michigan. He attended the college of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota where he graduated in 1996 with a Master of Arts/Physical Therapy. Paul has been practicing as a Physical Therapist for 25 years. He has been employed with Northwoods in Gladstone since 2016. Paul has a wife Michelle, along with their three children. In his free time Paul enjoys watching his children participate in athletics and spending time at camp fishing and hunting. Paul enjoys treating patients with Vertigo.
Breanna is a 2018 PTA graduate of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She has been employed at Northwoods in Gladstone since 2018. She is originally from Gladstone, Michigan. She likes working with a variety of patients, including post surgical and those who have balance deficits. Breanna has a husband Tim, and a dog, Chase. She enjoys running, traveling, and the outdoors. She also enjoys giving back to the local athletes by being a participant in the Gladstone Fan Club events.
Margie earned her undergraduate degree in Secondary Education/Sports Medicine at Arizona State University. She then went on to continue her education at the University of Iowa, earning her Masters in Physical Therapy. Margie has 30 years of experience in Physical Therapy. Margie works out of the Escanaba location. She has been employed with Northwoods since 2008. She has experience in treating a wide variety of patients of all ages and conditions. Margie enjoys this profession because she feels she has always had a calling to help people improve their quality of life through service and education.
Megan attended Northern Michigan University where she completed a Bachelors degree in Biology/Physiology. She then went on to Central Michigan University and completed a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2010. She has been employed with Northwoods since 2011, primarily in the Escanaba location. Megan went into this career path to be a service to her local community while striving to improve patients health and activity level. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband Dave, and their three children. She also enjoys spending time outdoors.
Kristina is originally from Escanaba, Michigan. She attended Northeast Wisconsin Technical College to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. Kristina has been employed with Northwoods since 2018 in the Escanaba location. She became a PTA to help others by making an impact on their physical health and mobility. She is married to her husband Casey, and together they have two children. She enjoys spending time with her family and the outdoors in her free time.
Jill is a graduate of Lake Superior State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business. Jill began working for Northwoods in 2008. She provides billing services to both the Escanaba and Gladstone Clinics. Jill is married to her husband Kurt, and together they have two children. In her free time Jill enjoys spending time on her pontoon boat with family and friends.
Elicia is originally from Kewanee, Illinois. She moved to Gladstone with her husband Dan and together they have three children. Elicia enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors at the lake, and watching her children's sporting events. She helps with the day-to-day business operations of both the Gladstone and Escanaba clinics. Elicia primarily works from the Gladstone location.
Barbie has been employed with Northwoods Rehabilitation since 2005. She has provided therapy aide services to many patients, as well as office and fitness center assistance. Barbie works in the Gladstone location. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike. Together they enjoy music and the outdoors. Barbie is an avid volunteer and member of ABATE of Michigan.
